Service Matter - NALCO - established two schools - Management was given to Saraswarti Vidaya Mandir - Two employees filed writ for declaration that they may be declared as employees of NALCO and entitled for pay scale as per it's employees - High court allowed the writ - Apex court held that Merely because the schools are set up by NALCO or they have agreed to take care of the financial deficits for the running of the schools, according to us, are not the conclusive factors as the SVS and it's committees are looking after the management of the school - as the employees are already getting good salary than the Govt.
