Sanction to prosecution - sec.19 of PC Act and sec. 465 of Cr.P.C. -High court can not interfere the on errors or defects of sanction at preliminary stage - Sanction not from parent department - Sanction is a defective one - High court can not question the same on the grounds of errors and mistakes - Trial court alone decide the same after trial - Apex court held that we do not think that the High Court was justified in coming to the said findings at the stage when the same were recorded.
